Deus Vult Fellowship: Our Christian Mission to Change the World - Starting with Ourselves!

Deus Vult Fellowship is a Christian church group based in Tokyo, Japan.

Our mission is to live our lives in accordance with the will of God as revealed in the Bible - the Tanach ("Old Testament") and the Apostolic Writings ("New Testament").

We are characterized by our bold, public evangelism and our desire to restore the original faith of Jesus and his Apostles. Yes, we are a "restorationist" movement that seeks to cast off the unhealthy, unbiblical doctrines and ideas that invaded the church after the death of the Apostles. We are men and women of deep faith and we prize the word of God and our God-given reason and logic. By the help of God's spirit working in us, we shall establish His will in the earth.

Our Mission

Pastor Russ Mallon leads the Deus Vult Fellowship.
Hailing from the UK, he has a Master's Degree in Japanese from Edinburgh University and has worked and preached in Japan for over twenty years.

"I came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as my savior when I was 12 years old and living in Brecon, Wales.
I'm grateful for the rich Christian heritage I grew up surrounded by and the opportunity it gave me to hear the gospel at a young age. As a lad, I was a member of the Boys Brigade, and then The Crusaders - both of which were instrumental in God's working in my heart to bring me to the truth. I'm also deeply thankful to my dear mother who read inspiring Bible stories to me as a little boy after she herself became a born-again believer in Yeshua of Nazareth."
